One Headlight

So the other night I get ready to leave so it turn on my heqadlights and only one turns on so I get out and go up and hit the light and it turns on. Well that little trick no longer works, any one have any idea? The light bulbs were replaced a year ago and i didnt touch the glass when they were installed. Oh and the other twist is it turns on when i ahve the highbeams turned on but when low beam is on it doesnt work. Someone have any ideas?

yes , a year is a long time for bulbs, especially aftermarket bulbs. your bulb definately needs to be replaced.

check the wiring for it. same thing happened to me. i had to replace the headlight plug cuz one wire was worn out and broke......bulb>wire>plug>car wiring

yeah, same happened with my 89' civic HB everytime i shut the tailgate the running light flickered but after awhile stopped turning on all together. Turns out that the running lights filiment broke and was just touching and making a connection everytime I shut the tailgate so i replaced it with another bulb from my other civic!!.

if you hadn't solved the issue wi was going to sugest a loose fuse, i had a high beam out for almost 2 weeks, then i decided to change the bulb, used 3 different bulbs with no luck, turned out that i had removed the fuse a few weeks back and put it in the spare spot and not the high beam spot:eek:...
