Default passing emissions tests

i heard from a guy that works at meineke that if your running catless and you go in for an emissions test you should put a couple cups of rubbing alcohol in your gas tank and run with it for a few miles that you will be able to pass the test just fine....is this really true? would rubbing alcohol really work like that? also, would there be a chance of hurting your engine if you used it?

Rubbing alcohol huh?

Last time I checked, rubbing alcohol was about 50% isoproponol and the balance was water.
Go ahead and check the label under "Inactive ingrediant"

So, you really want to dump water in your gas tank?

how? Coke isnt even combustible. And sugar in the tank thing is an apparent myth. Now, metal shavings in the gas tank will do some damage to your poor victim.
