I'm curious if they really do increase MPG and if so, how hard are they to install?
Thanks

no they don't work. This question has been asked many times. Please use the search function next time first. There is a sticky on eBay chips in the ECU section. It's basically the same thing.

yeah they do, cause after you use one you end up using a bike to commute to work with.

Nice use of humor to make your point.

yes chips do work! just not that one. you can have a performance shop chip your car but its a true tune they plug into your ecu and pull it on a dyno and the part that blows me away watching some of the good guys start changing you fuel curve and timing and all kinds of other stuff. then after they are done testing and tuning the write the final product onto a blank chip and install it. this is how a crome chip or uber-somthing and several others work and to have a shop do it isnt cheap. and honestly if your not boosted, fully built n/a, or running itb the gain from tuning is not worth the money you will pay.

ebay performance chips = blown motors

and just because you found an ebay chip not posted on ebay but on a website doent change the fact its a ebay chip
