well the timing covers thing is if you have adjustable cam gears its convient to be able to adjust them.

 

except that this car has stock cam gears... and if you need to access them, you don't need to remove the covers entirely, you can just trim them. Or take them off to get the car tuned, and once it's done, put them back on.

See, without hearing the whole story, I didnt buy it. Now that i know you didn't do the build, and just bought it already done, I completely understand. Take it how you willl, but from reading your posts it seemed to me like you didn't know much about it, let alone cars in general. I'm glad to hear that you're on HCF to learn about your setup, rather than just beating the **** out of it daily like most people who just up and buy a machine of that nature.

Be good to it, and it will be good to you. I'm quite sure that car will break a lot of hearts out on the strip.
