When I purchase my Si the only mod it hadwhere some AEM adjustable cams with the side valve cut off exactly like your car. When the side valve is cut off it's easier to adjust them with out removing the whole cover. But it's point less to have it cut off with no aftermarket cams. I got rid of my valve cover and put aclosed one because Cops in California are real ***-holes. But I still keept those cams under. lol.
