Default southern california

I know the next growing season is a long way off, but I would like to start growing my own hops. I live in Southern California where temperatures reach 100-110F in July and August. Is this too hot? Im looking into growing Cascade and Perle, but Ive heard that the Perle might be hard to grow due to it being native to Germany. Is there another type of hops that is similar to Perle if I find it doesnt grow?

Thanks,
Mike

I'm shocked that some members who have been here for awhile still comment when spammers enter. The posts will be removed eventually, you quoting them and bringing more attention to them is actually helping them. Ignore them and they'll eventually go away.

i am confused.. but what either way should i get the d16y8 for 550?
and he wants 300 to intall it is this a good deal?
is there any one in southern california that has a better deel??
550 for a y8 is a little pricey, 450 for a y7 is also kinda pricey. What are you talking about--->"i think maybe it was the d16z6??" I doubt you would be able to legally put that in your car since you are in CA. I don't think you can install a motor from a 92-95 Civic into a 98.

$300 for the install isn't that bad. However, the job would be extremely simple seeing as everything would bolt right up and plug right in.
