i like those rims, i agree, i dont think the plastidip will hold up to that heat, but it would be a good idea for the outside, plus it looks cool haha.

I would highly suggest primer; my wheels look good (a little faded, but one solid color) 6 months after painting them. I attribute the fading to brake dust, and I'd hate to see what they'd look like by now had I not taken the time to paint them properly.

i used high temp paint from local walmart/target/etc.

well the photo i showed of after is flat black.
i didn't want a gloss, i thought it was too much.

if i had a camera i'd show you my car, looks clean flat black.

i vote gloss, makes it shiney and looks like new! i dont rly care for flat black, i never did.

White with red H

Why go black... balck is ugly on basicly everything.... gunmetal/steel grey and other colors look better.... and for HX's i'd say gloss black, sucks to agree with supersize but flat black on hx's looks bad IMO
