Please Help... Buying a Certified Used Honda 2007

I am thinking of buying a 2007 Honda Civic EX with Navigation system and alloy wheels with 32K miles and a Single Owner from a local dealer here. The dealer quoted me $13988 and came down to $13125 now. Do you think that is too less for the car and It is a single owner personal use vehicle. I drove it and felt good about it. But just wanted to know your suggestions on what all i would need to look into. Any kind of suggestions would be helpful.

Car fax report suggests no Accidents. If any of you had an autocheck account and could help me generate a report that would be grateful.

Thanks

I would talk the dealer down.....Remember the dealer WANTS to sell you the car more than you want to buy it...it's ALWAYS like that. Bring it down to about $10,500..if the dealer says "She's a great car..$13125 is a quite reasonable price!"..then just walk away....then there will be a 50% chance that the dealer will run after you & give you a lower price than before(like $11,800 or something...that is after talking to his manager).

Thanks Mecca for replying. I appreciate it. But do you think that is a correct price for the market. I mean I checked around and found he is quoting less than the normal price. Any idea how much these civics are doing around with the same mileage. I am just a bit scared when dealing with used cars as I have had bad experience once.
