Installing a short ram, according to your warranty info, does void it. HOWEVER, you can install one and if there is any problem you can just put the stock air box back on and take it to the dealership and they won't be able to trace it to your short ram in any way.
And as for the exhaust, if it is a bolt on system, then you can do with the same as with the short ram if a problem occurs.
So go ahead and install your short ram.

By the way this question about the warranty has been answered a few times now, next time USE THE SEARCH BUTTON.

AND CHILL OUT WITH THE CAPS!!

If you have a good relationship with the service manager at the dealer, putting on a CAI doesn't necessarily void the warranty on a problem unrelated to the intake, but it's not a good idea since the CAI itself increases the risk of damage. As for the exhaust the replacement factory system has a pro-rated warranty, virtually guaranteed for life, it's a pity to lose that. And the emissions devices (Catalytic Convertor) have a 100% warranty for 8 years.

In other words changing the intake and exhaust is not a good idea, and probably not worth it for any minor increase in performance.

Good thing we're not talking about a CAI then, isn't it?

Under US law, there has to be a plausible reason that the modification caused the breakdown before they can refuse to fix your car under the warranty because it was modified. An intake of any sort would only potentially effect the warranty with respect to engine problems, the rest of the car is always going to be under warranty.

Just put that intake on and if there is any problem with the engine later, put the stock one back on.

Short Ram Intake, Cold Air Intake, does it matter? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Short_ram_air_intake. Warranty comments still apply. And for the 8th gen a Cold Air Intake is a bit more beneficial, more dangerous re: Hydrolock, and still unnecessary.

The point is it's still an almost new car, and a very good performer out of the box. I would keep it clean and polishedand run it a bit longer to make sure there are no potential issues, before messing withthe carand voiding the very good Exhaust warranty.

Having water get sucked into the engine and hydrolock it will never be covered by warranty, even if the car were stock. It's an external cause.

Again, good this he's asking about an SRI not a CAI.
Dude, it's your car. If you have some problem with your SRI
just throw the stock air box back in and head on over to the dealership.
Honestly, there is no way for them to say," You had an aftermarketintake system in here so you voided your warranty!"
Good luck
