I need maintenance, but not major maintenance. Just 12K maintenance, plus oil change and tire rotation. Jiffy Lube can't do it. Do you usually get the dealer to do this type of thing? Or a place like Meineke?

It's a 2003 Civic. I would like to do it myself, if it's not too much trouble, but it involves

1) Inspect front and rear brakes

2) Check parking brake adjustment

3) Visually inspect:
Tie rod ends, steering gear box and boots, suspension components,, driveshaft boots, brake hoses and lines (inclusing ABS), all fluid levels and condition of fluids, exhaust system, fuel lines and connections

4) Inspect and adjust drive belts

5) Replace oil

6) Rotate tires

5 and 6 are easier for me to have done at a quick lube place. The other items, I don't know how to do.
