no, I unlocked it with the key. If you really think your car came stock with a glass break sensor, your nuts. Lexus, Mecedes, BMW dont even have stuff like that, and in a civic?
Thats why it didn't go off, and no I don't think it came with a sensor. However if someone breaks your window, reaches in and unlocks the car from the inside the alarm should go off.

then if someone picks your lock, its the same as using the key. why wouldnt it go off if you unlocked it with the key? my viper will. if all someone has to do to disarm your "alarm" (no offense intended) then you are lucky to still be the proud owner of an si.

go test yours, get in and arm it and unlock it, let us know how it goes.

I would hate to see your ride get stolen (like my Si did) cause you have been thinking you had an alarm and really dont, (as if the alarm would really stop em) but it would just be better to know, right?
Well all I know is if something happens to my car my horn honks and my lights will blink.

Mainly because it's happened. I used to work at the mall and I'd always park my car directly where I can see it.

perhaps i have an upgraded stock alarm? I dunno, but I went out one day before work, grabbed the door handle, lifted it up and my lights blinked. (I always have my driving lamps turned on)
