Default removing dealership stickers from car

hey all....i tried searching to see if there were any threads on this subject but to no avail. so i bought my si about a month ago and it came with one of those honda dealership stickers that have the dealerships name on it. they stuck it on the trunk and i tried peeling it off but it didnt look like it was going to come off too well so i just left it on. does anyone know a good method of removing stickers without scratching the paint? thanks!

stickers or badge?? I just used my fingernail and some goo-gone, then buff/wax it after if anything comes off. I've heard even goo-gone can take off some paint/clearcoat, so you might wanna just try using your fingernail.

If it's vinyl then you can heat it up with a blowdryer to take it off easier.

YES! the hairdryer worked like a charm it wasn't too sunny out around 6 ish so had to pull the car into the garage and plug in the hairdryer. peeled right off...left some goo-ey stuff so i just used the sticker adhesive and gently pressed it against the left overs. washed the little section where the sticker was cuz there was a circular outline..then waxed it and it was good to go! now i'm wondering if i want to shave off the civic emblem on the trunk.

Post up a pic the Chop Shop section and get one of us to shave it in photoshop for you. That way you can see if you like it.

not sure if its the same to your model, but in the older model civics, theres two holes holding that h in place. so its not too easy to remove that one.
