Default replacement rear fender panel portions?

Are there any companies out there making cut-and-weld replacements for the rusted out rear wheel wells of hondas? I know they exist for classic cars, but I'm looking for my EG hatch.

That same thing happened to me when I used to drive a truck. A city plow bumped me and scratched the chrome on my rusted-out rear bumper. Since there isn't any way to repare chrome they had to buy me a new shiny one

Thanks for the link mxs

If anyone is trying to find this part, Mill Supply has it but it doesn't show up in a search for some reason. They are part numbers 2129251L and 2129251R
