Salvage vs clean
#2
I'm guessing you mean salvage? It's gonna depend on how well the car was rebuilt, kind of case by case. I shouldn't have paid as much as I did for my rebuilt wreck because stuff didn't line up and corners were cut all over the place.
If a car was professionally rebuilt, everything lines up and the paint matches, I wouldn't take much off at all, maybe a couple hundred. If there's nothing wrong with it except for a few newer parts with fresher paint, what's the big deal?

Sorry i did mean salvage, I have a 08 Honda civic si that my shop rebuilt and was wondering what a good price would be to start at. I have pictures of before and after and during the repair process, just trying to get it out there now to some people that would be interested in it.

I know it's not fair to compare online selling vs locally, but many clean title 08 Si's with less mileage are going for no higher than $15k on ebay.
If you start higher and get no offers, then you probably want to ask for less than $15k.
