Slicks on a civic?

Slicks on a civic?
Just wondering...Has anybody driven there civic around on slicks? My civic is more like a sleeper project car and its not going to be for daily driving. I wanted to know if anyone has ever dropped their civic alittle and then put slicks on it and how it was? I think it'd look nasty, but thats just me.
Thanks

You can't drive slicks on the street anyway. And if you did, it would certainly not be a sleeper. People with slicks bring them to the track and put them on when they get there. As far as lowering the car, I personally think it looks great if you dont' go too low. It also helps alleviate weight transfer at the launch.

Yeah, like Sniper said, slicks are illegal on the street. You can get some R compound tires though. Depending on where you live you might be able to get away with shaving a couple tread bands in a slick, F1 style.

yea i know there illegal, but if there is atleast four treads on em then they are legal. I know it kinda gets rid of the sleeper image, but I think it would look pretty good considering I don't feel like doing much to the body it'll make it look better than it did before.
