someone, anyone PLEASE HELP!!!! PLEASE

I recently just bought a 95 civic ex coupe from a buddy, he didn't drive it much over the past 2 years. Now the weather is starting to turn nice and i've found out the driver side window, and sunroof do not work... i'm pretty hands on if i know what the problem is, but i dont know anything about window motors. Has this happened to anyone else? is there any easy, quick, cheap fixes for either? its getting stuffy with just 1 window working. I find it hard to believe that themotors would be shot in both units at the same time? the cars in pretty good shape with the exception of the typical rust over the rear wheels. I checked the fuses also, andnone are blown....ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.

Open up the door and see if there is voltage going to the motor when you press the button with the key on. If so the motor is probably bad, unless the mechanism is really jammed. If not it is almost certainly the switch. All the windows are on the same circuit so it shouldn't be a fuse because the passenger one works.

Yes a used car can have more than one problem at a time. The sunroof is about the same deal but I think that relays are also involved.

Which is probably one of the reasons why the previous owner decided to trade it in. Most people get rid of a car when things like that start happening...
