any1 no wer id get spotlights for my 02 civic please?

Are you talking about fog lights? If so, Ebay, or the Honda dealership if you are baller status and can afford it.

no way guys! he is trying to turn it into a rally car! so that when its down pooring hail as he is going thru a dirt rode at 12 at night! he is going to need those huge spot lights!
