Grats on the new engine. And boy O.o Those are bad ha ha, the ones i found in my Toyota Celica were not half as bad LOL

Perhaps she need s a bit of a tune up, New Spark plugs, Oil Change Etc... Did you use any of your old engine parts on this at all or are they all new? (Like are all the parts on your engine the ones that came with it?) And if so you might need to clean the injectors or something simple like that... I would try the basics first myself, and go from there.
Glad your back on the road though!

Could have the cam timing off. Of course, always put a new timing belt on a used engine before putting it in the car.

you also gotta remember you dont have that other vtec solnoid hooked up, you have a 3 stage vtec motor they dont run like your old motor.
