Default are these civics good deals to get?

2 civics that i have found are:

5 speed white 98 civic coupe with 112,000 miles for $3500, only problem is that the air compressor for AC is broken
he says it costs about 350-550 to fix

5 speed silver 97 coupe with 123,000 miles for $3925 with no listed problems

my first choice is the white one because the price, miles, and i like white on a civic

the 97 is probably a decent deal, talk them down to 3200 cash or something and you would be alright. Long as the paint and interior are decent and there isn't any rust anywhere.

thats why they hvae you put in your zip code. They get their values by averaging the prices that they go for in your specific area, or so ive been told. What model are these two civics, cuz i'd take the y8 if either of them have it. That would be a deal maker for me.
