water in the door space ?!

We had a massive downpour here last night and this morning when I opened up my passenger door there was a puddle of water where the door sits when it is closed. The window was not open, there was no "door open" light on, but yet there was this little puddle and from what I could see, beads of water starting up over where the door latches. Should I be concerned ? I am assuming this is not normal since there was nothing on the driver side ?! I live in a place that gets snow like 8 months of the year so if this was winter, it would have froze which would have been bad....

has anyone had this problem ? I have a 2 week old 2010....kinda sketches me out. This is my first civic and I am babying it :(

haha. I have an appointment Thursday this week for some stuff. I booked it for 8 AM so hopefully it don't take long to look at that either. I am trying to start out on a 8 hour drive that day :(
