What Amp is best for 2x 12" type r's

What Amp is best for 2x 12" type r's

im getting 2x 12" type r's but i need to know the best amp for that. some say mono channel amp some say dual. and about how many watts am i gonna need if i get the mono ect. im not to good with the ohms **** so...
