I use castrol GTX since I got mine. You can also look into a synthetic oil if you want to spend the money. Just use our search button to look up some threads about it. Its more expensive but better for your engine and lasts longer. If you also use google, you can find alot of information on it.

i had my 07 si for 2 months and my oil is at 40% @ 4000 miles. thay told me to change it when it gets to 20%. but now i also low on oil. whats some good brands that i can add to it?

Your '07 shouldn't be low on oil. On that new of a car, you shouldn't be leaking or burning any oil. If it is, take it to the dealership immediately for a warranty repair/replacement.
You should change your oil whenever it is contaminated. During break-in, an oil change is recommended around 500 miles. After that, most cars are done every 3000 miles or every 3 months, whichever comes first. Some cars/oils will go longer between oil changes. Consult your owner's manual for service intervals.
