he's right. the stock wings look the best..on civics.
Some cars, like Supra, passes my ricy test with big wings...just because it looks sexy if it's the ring wings...

 

i actually have second thought about getting that wing.............i was just on my way home and i saw this eclipse with one and it was green to match the car color. Im just gonna stick to the stock one it has on it right now. but i am gonna change my tailights to the ones97_ex has...

i have a friend whos telling me to do a 99-00 front end conversion on my 97 ex. Im not sure if i want to do it because i like the way the civic looks now. plus the only thing i dislike are the factory tailights it brings. i prefer the clear/red tailights better.

 

you could prolly find red/white taillgiths for your 97 easily, and as for the front end conversion, honestly the only difference bettween 96-98 and 99-00 is the grill/headlight width, they look basically the same and its really not worht it IMO.

i think 99-00 looks better but not worth a whole front end conversion. However, i think some company makes a 99-00 lookalike bumper that fits the 96-98
