Reason I was asking because someone was selling a turbo for a civic in the Recycler Ads (los angeles) for 350.00. A T-3 or T4, with all the pipes. He did not mention intercooler.

T3/T04 is a little big for a stock Civic motor, but for $350, I'd be all over it if it was in good shape...

I would do the intake headers exhaust so that you have a nice base. You can get the AEM V2 intake DC headers and Greddy Evo2 exhaust and that will net you about 15 hp that will feel like 25. Then just fill in the holes. That will cost you about 1,000 dollars.
