whats the difference

i'm looking into buying 92-95 EG civic. but i dont know the difference between Si and VTi.
I've been told that the Civic Si has a DOHC engine, no VTEC. The VTi is a single cam?
Is it possible to get the SIR-II spec here in Perth, Western Australia?
What is the price range for both specs? Manual of cos!!! :p

thanks man that was really good info. was looking through a forum discussion on Si vs VTi. any thoughts on which is the better option? i'm still leaning towards getting the VTi but is it really worth it if the power is only slightly higher? or am I wrong?
