i need to know if the 01-03' year range tail lightswill work on the 04-05' civic? I was told they wouldn't work. I backed into a stop sign which messed up my bumper along with cracking my tail light (left one), so I decided to get a pair of those black lookingtail lights. www.procivic.com i called the company and they said that 01-03' would not work on 04-05'. also if anyone knows were i can get a good price on a bumper cover for a 2005 civic coupe, that would be great. thanks.

i checked ebay and the only concern i have is that the bumper cover is not OEM and I'm worried about the fit of it. As for the tail light, still not sure, I like that guys ad though, " came off a 02' civic, should fit other years" thanks for the links though...

Because of the subtle change in trunk design between the 01-03 and 04-05 civics the tails are not compatible.

 

False! The tails are all interchangable on 7th gens.... I asked it on emhonda and found out that almost every 01-03 driver has either 04-05 tails or the passwordJDM tails from 04-05.

 

you're talking about the coupe style right? I couldn't find any tail lightson that website though. I don't really like the clear and red ones, I like the OEM lights but i'm just looking to see what my options are.... I didn't know that "altezzas" were hated as much as they are after reading alot of the posts, maybe I just haven't been reading up on the import scene, but when did that happen??

 

Moogly, there is a definite difference in trunk style, maybe not between the 4 doors, but the coupes are different.
