Default wow, you guys ever seen this?

So I went to change a fuse today in the civic, and check out what I found. The PO wrapped a thin piece of copper wire around the fuse, I bent it out a little so you can see. Apparently someone can really be too cheap to replace a 7.5 mini fuse. It's not like the cars old or beat up, or something, it's a '99 Si. Amazing...

Just went through and checked all my fuses. Found one more, damn, it's not like fuses are expensive or anything...

Did they do it because they are cheep? or because the fuses kept blowing and they got sick of it and wrapped a wire around the two terminals? Could there be some electricial issues that you didn't know about?

Well, I guess we'll find out. The first fuse I found was the one for the heater fan and all the lights on the AC/Heat controls. Replaced it yesterday, and I have been using my heat constantly, with no problems, yet. We shall see, that would really suck if it was an electrical problem.
