Replaced the rear shoes and drums last weekend. No biggie. I will never want to do that again. The coupe, when the rear shoes need replacing, will be converted to a rear disc.

I have been working with a clutch issue recently where it is not disengaging all the way. Praying it is something small and easy to fix. If small and easy to fix, the damn car will sit unless I absolutely have to drive it or until it is ready to be sold. For now, I have been car pooling with the g/f to work in her Integra (we work at the same place luckily!).

I REALLY need to get my a$$ in gear (no pun intended) and get this swap done on the coupe.

Adjusted the clutch pedal free play and got the car in gear and moving again. No problems with the clutch/PP so the trans does not have to be pulled thankfully. I ordered a replacement clutch master cylinder at this time as the pedal still feels a little weak. I haven't actually driven the car (with the exception of around the block twice) in about 2 weeks lol.

Clutch has been acting up recently again. I have not replaced the master cylinder yet though. I have noticed that if the car is moving, I can get into any gear without a problem. When needed, I have been putting the car in 1st when rolling up to a red light/stop sign, and just holding the clutch down until it is my turn to go. Once I take it out of gear, I cannot get it back into gear unless I shut the car off. Reeeealllly hoping that the new master cylinder fixes this.

Anyways, I ordered some replacement OEM Honda lug nuts which were only used/torqued once for cheap. Bye bye to the remaining eBay junk lug nuts!

I ended up selling the JRSC and swapped in a H22 which still in progress and this hatch is only to hold me over. I was thinking that with all the money I would have spent on my z6 build (bored, machined, 75.5mm high cp pistons etc) I would have just about the same amount of power as this new motor. And the H22 has more room to grow, while the D16 would have been maxed out at that point.

The swap is a huge headache and I am glad I picked up this hatch so I can have something to drive if I need to go somewhere and no one else is around. Otherwise, I have been driving my g/f's Integra
