Default GReddy_Civic's build thread v2.5-Same car, new direction

Welp, I suppose it’s time for another build thread. This is going to be the second car I own (which, I don’t actually have. I know it’s going to be a 1999-2000 Civic EX 5spd 2dr in either silver or black). The first few weeks of updates will consist of pictures of stripping the car. I was in an accident and the car was totaled, pics are here: https://www.hondacivicforum.com/foru...ad.php?t=76548. My first car (the one being stripped) is a 1997 4dr EX 5spd. It had the stock D16Y8 with ARP head studs. There was a GReddy 15g turbo on it, tuned at 10psi by John Kerr of j-k-tuning.com at Innovative MotorWorks. It made 202whp/185wtq. Most of you are familiar with my first thread following my turbo progress, found here: https://www.hondacivicforum.com/foru...ad.php?t=67117. Anyway... here are the plans for the new civic:

Drop on koni yellows and ground controls
Rebuild one of the D16Y8's with new seals/gaskets and swap into the new civic along with the turbo setup
Minor wire tuck
3" exhaust with test pipe
OEM 99-00 Si lip color matched and a 99-00 Si grill color matched-Bought
OEM foglights-Bought
Spray paint the FMIC-Doing
New oil drain line kit

Just keep in mind that this is what I would like to have done in the next month. I will keep the other D16Y8 to build for more boost. This will probably take a while to strip at first. I can't stand for more than 15 min because of my back and I am starting physical therapy on July 3rd.

I say paint everything (interfooler, piping, mani, and couplers) all black for a factoryish look under the hood.

God that's nothing!!! Very nice Not sure how it works, but insurance pays you what the car is supposedly worth right? and then you get the option to buy it from them?
