Ordered tires today. Helped a friend roll fenders on his hatch. Pretty confident for doing it on my car. After this. Saving for a motor for sure this time. Hopefully it warms up soon.

Got the wheels today. Tires should be here within a week. Got my taxes done also. Wooo. Gonna get the tires mounted when I get them and proceed to roll my fenders. I recently helped my friend roll his fenders to fit a 0 offset 8 inch wheel on an eg hatch lol. So this should be easier.

What are you rolling with, just hammering em? metal pipe? or professional fender rolling tool.

How's the weight on those rims, can't imagine they weigh too much...

On my friends we used a combo of a rubber mallet, sledgehammer handle and a heat gun lol. They are actually pretty heavy, 25lbs a piece. There is a racing version that is like 8lbs lighter but its not DOT approved. They recommend these instead on a DD.

Took out one of my auxiliary lights and glued the broken corner piece back on. Tires come in tomorrow but probably won't be able to have them mounted until sunday because I work both tomorrow and saturday. Plan on doing the auxiliary light mod soon as well.

After this I'm buying the ls motor. I'm done procrastinating lol.

I just found out today that Diamond Racing is really close to where I live, like 15 minutes away lol. I was talking to a service writer at work about them and he said he had a set on his boosted Miata like 7 years ago. Didn't know they were made so close to me though.

Yeah I noticed they're in Milwaukee. The people there are actually very customer friendly. At least in my situation.
