That's camber and thy have to run negative camber to pull the top in so that you can turn and drive. If the wheel had no camber, even with the wheels pointing straight ahead the rims would be hitting the fender. If he adds spacers, he wi have to run even more camber to fit them.

Cool, got the ecu. That's the first step on getting going with this swap. Planning on picking up the motor and trans this weekend or next week. Gonna start wrenchin on it, cleaning things up and compiling replacement parts.
