I don't even want to add up what I've spent. And I'm still waiting for Brandon to get back to me on the status of my block.

Yeah I was wondering your status.

I didn't want to add it up either but it's better to know than not. Plus honestly I'm not far off target from what I had predicted before I started this whole thing. I think I've done well for the most part

No Sir, not yet.
It doesn't help when you company just "forgets" to put
18 hours on your check either......
Just a few more parts and I'll get this block to the shop though

$99? WTF I had to spend like $140.....and that is with the Inside track club nonsense they offer. Damn

Are you still looking for an oil pump? If so, how much are you looking to spend on one? I have a high volume toga oil pump for sale. I am no longer D series, so I don't need it. It is brand new BTW

Inside track club works out sometimes. The ONLY way to do HF is to collect every type of coupon you can get your sticky hands on (email, snail mail, car & driver mags, other mags, inside track coupons) and pay close attention to in store sales and events.....Then you make up a "Wish List" and wait till you find it at the price your willing to pay. I don't pay more than 1/2 of the listed sale price on big items and somethings you can even get cheaper, like even 75% off small stuff if you play your cards right.
I payed $35 after tax for the $69.99 engine stand and the list goes on. I go with the 50% off or I don't need it theory

Hmm is it for a Y7/Y8??? if so then pm me some pics and a price. I won't pay as much total for a Toga as I would OEM though to be honest, but feel free to shoot me a deal

I have a few cans (satin olive) that I'm saving in case I go that route (I think it looks good on the EG hatch if you havn't seen it before). But since I currently have more oil in my rad then I do coolant...I'm saving every bit I can to finish this motor lol. I'm very good friends with a painter so I'd like to think I'll have him do it instead to rattle canning it...just depends on how soon I think I can do it, I may rattle can it but not before I drop the engine in ya know.
