Trust me, I've heard the cost vs. what I'm getting out of it argument before... I understand the other argument (termi's are generally better cars stock vs. stock, they respond better to mods, cheaper to get the same amount of power with a 4.6, etc)... when you look at it in the long run, I'll have a cheaper car (once you factor in insurance) that's actually more reliable in the long run (considering the engine's going to be completely rebuilt)... also, regarding the possibility of a v8 swap, it's not going to happen. You have to swap out the k-member, engine, transmission, wire a ton of ish, etc. And even then, unless I insure it as a GT, it's insurance fraud; with a TT 4.2L V6, it's still technically a base-model mustang, so I don't have to worry about catching major s**t if the insurance company would find out; they just wouldn't cover the mods.

I'd love to have a Termi, but I want the originality that comes with turning a v6 into a true performance car

Quick little update about the rear sway bar... apparently it got lost in the mail and they sent it back to the guy I bought it from... so he's going to try to send it to me again by my request. If it gets sent back to him again, I'll probably just get a refund (he offered to give me a refund if I didn't want him to try shipping it again) and find another person selling one.

they lost it and sent it back to him..... sorry im calling BS! if they lost it and found it well it would be alot longer for them to find and return it, and still dont see any reason why they wouldnt continue to ship the package to you!

hes just buying time for himself.... call it a scam or he used all his money for something else and didnt have enough cash to ship it just yet. at least thats IMO!
ive been there before several times... and every time i got scammed.
but one time when i was selling a speaker along time ago i also used the money to pay a bill and wait almost a week till my payday to ship the sub.
so it could be either way.... i got fingers crossed for ya...
