Well I was going to go with white, but m factory gauges are green backlit and my head unit is blue LCD with green buttons, so I figured I'd tie the dome light and courtesy lights into the factory color theme (blue dome light and green courtesy lights).

And they're there 100% for function. I can see the floor at night now

And they're tied directly into the dome light harness; they're on only when the dome light is on, so they'll never be on when I'm driving.

Yeah, I kind of wish I went with warm white. Oh well, now that it's wired in it'd take me about 10 minutes to change out the LEDs for a new color.

Anyway, as some of you might have already read, Eve is going under the knife again because I pretty much went upside her face with a Ford Explorer. Luckily the Cobra front was untouched, but I'm in desperate need of a door shell, fender, and skirts (and mirror but I have the new one sitting beside me as I type this). So my priorities have shifted from suspension/brakes/wheels to new fenders/shaved badges/terminator skirts/terminator mirrors/new door/paint. I'll be looking for mirrors and skirts soon enough, and I need to call a guy about a door and fenders. I'm thinking I might just have the whole car repainted since I'm already painting most of the passenger side anyway. If I do, it'll be red with flake (orange or gold, not sure yet) in the clear with what I have black right now in gloss black along with the roof. And I'm still undecided on the spoiler. I'm between the S281 wing and the Cobra R wing. I think I'd need to get a Cobra R splitter to pull the wing off though.

Oh, and the surprise I was talking about was wheels. I was planning on ordering the wheels like last month and getting tires this month but every time I had the money something came up and I had to spend a couple hundred on stupid crap (this week it's registration in KY, next month it'll be car insurance, etc).

I rwalize you don't need a front plate in KY but if you ever move to a state where you need one I have a solution

those can easily be made with alittle motor and 2 springs!
motor goes in and out and the springs pull the plate vertically, and when the motor pulls it back then it naturaly folds itself down.

lol spencer, I think I can live without that. One great thing about KY is front plates aren't required

Anyway, I'm going to be calling about getting a door today, so hopefully I'll have one on the car by next week. I can live with the fender and skirt, but I plan on replacing the fender and skirts ASAP.
