2009 Honda Civic Small Electrical issue at 0-5 degrees

I have a 2009 Honda Civic that has been the best car you could ever own. The car has 120,000 miles on it and I have not have any issues with it yet.

If I let the car only warm up for a minute or so when it is 0 to 5 degrees F out the lights will dim and the radio will cut out for about half a second (barely noticeable). The battery light never comes on and the car runs fine for this half second that the lights and the battery temporally go out.

Is this an issue that is just caused by the cold weather and the car taking so much out of the battery just to start it or a more serious problem. The battery was replaces 2.5 years ago with a delco battery and does not seem to have any issues.

I know I should let the car warm up longer. If I do let it warm up the issue does not seem to happen. The issues also does not happen if it is above 10F (warmer cold weather).

Please let me know your thoughts, any would be appreciated.
