Hey Guys and Gals,

My brother just gave me his 2004 honda civic, it is not perfect but it is a good commuting car as well as it looks nice, it has one issue that I need to fix right now, every time you honk the horn it blows the fuse. When this happens the break lights dont work and the shift lock activates. Is there any thread here that covers this? What is the best way to troubleshoot it so I can confirm if it is a relay issue or a wiring issue? Would this be fixed if I bypassed that fuse and got power from another source? What are your recommendations?
