I've read the FAQ about uploading photos and creating albums, but I'm not seeing a "Pictures and Albums" link at my User CP. Whenever I click on Add Album (under Photo Gallery) or Civic Photo Galleries I get this message:

95extoy, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Can someone help me out please?

Edit: Deleted ........I found the solution.............gotta have 25 posts b4 u can upload pics

Pretty sure you just need over 25 posts.

 

yes 25 post needed to become a full member, then you can create an album and post in the classified section
