Unable to post a classifed ad

Default Unable to post a classifed ad
Hi. For some reason, I can't post an ad in the classified section. It says I don't have permission or am not registered. But when I click on register, it says I'm already registered. catch 22 ! any ideas what's going on ? Thanks
