Looks like it is out of date. I assumed that updated automatically based on settings in the forum or w/e.
Nice to see you posting on hcf again ron! You have always been a wealth of knowledge that even I still learn from. Just like MK.

Ah I thought you meant this:

BTW last night the forum was down. For a second, I thought they closed the site down or something.

We have the same conversation every couple of years. It really comes down to advertising. We don't have a strong core group of members that has the time go out and recruit new members. We don't have a long list of (current) extensive and interesting projects anymore. Places like Honda-Tech kept their core group going for a long time. We lost a lot of people a few years back when that virus screwed up the forum and made it to where we couldn't even reply to stuff. We never recovered the loss of membership from that. I blame IB for not fixing it sooner.

On a positive note, I really like the forum organization - simple and logical.
I don't think advertising is the issue.
In my opinion, the problem boils down to the lack of posts. For some reason, people aren't posting here despite the fact that mk378 and other members can help with nearly any technical problem. I don't get it.

I think it is advertising also. No one knows this forum exists. That's the reason for a lack of posts. Then, when someone does find our forum they see minimal activity and pick a different site to join, further contributing to the lack of posting problem.
