instead of going through the trouble of trying to find a header that will fit my 05 im going to fab. my own. im a cryo pipefitter and i bend and weld pipe all day so it should be pretty easy. i was wondering if anyone knew where i can get a flange that fits the 05 1.7 sohc?

No idea where you would get one unless you got a hold of one off a header from the same engine. But I would love to see some pics of that when you are done.

 

Are you having trouble finding one? There are a few brands out there already for headers.

 

By flange do you mean the part that's flush to the engine? If so, buy an exhaust manifold gasket and fab your own.
