2001 DX 5 Speed Exhaust ?
Hey guys I am looking to upgrade my exhaust system on my car, currently my muffler has a broken bolt that connects to the resonator pipe and rattles like crazy. I am looking to upgrade my system to something that doesn't sound really rice like, I know its hard to find a decent exhaust for these due to the small pipe diameter which I believe is 1.75" and really gives it that loud high pitch sound with any kind of muffler added to stock size. I am looking at these in particular.

I can't find any videos on how they sound on this specific Generation but I do see that Spec-D Tuning has nice exhaust set ups like the N1 Style but don't fit my trim. Ex.

CATBACK EXHAUST SYSTEM FOR 01-05 HONDA CIVIC
The videos on the Spec-D tuning catbacks sound really nice and have a low grumble sound that doesn't get to rattle/tin sounding at higher RPMS. I am wondering if there is a way I can convert it to fit my stock Catalytic Converter and back, and if these type catbacks bolt on directly to my cat because they are 2.25" not the 1.75" stock. Also I will be keeping my headers stock as well. If anyone knows about these systems I am looking to see if they sound nice and would work out, if not I can always just save up and buy a Greddy or Magnaflow system, Thankyou!
