I recently just purchased an 06' civic LX, I bought the car thinking mods wouldnt be hard to find, only to find out they are almost none. I am looking to put on a Cold Air Intake and cat back exhaust, I cannot seem to find any exhausts, and the only intake I can find is a Fujita, which I ahve never heard of. I also wanted to know, what the risk of a cold-air intake causing hyrdo-lock is. I asked my dealer if the intake voids the warranty and he said only if it directly causes the failure (ie: hydrolock) also if anyone can point me in the right direction to any other simplie mods for the 06 civic to increase performance without voiding the warranty. hey, i have a 06 ex coupe and have the same problem. the local shops around here say exhaust will come out in less than 1 month. i also just purchased the fujita f5 so if you want to wait about a week ill let ya know how it works on the ex

 

ya, i have an 06 ex coupe, GReddy has a exhaust for a si, i was also looking at the Evo2 and wondering if it would fit..

 

Yep, I found alot of stuff for the SI, but I doubt it will fit, Hopefully they start to come out with some things soon, before summer hits.

Well, I am just going to have a custom exhaust made, a 2.25" pipe straight from the cat back... then I am going to put on a apexi HP muffler... how does this sound? Alot cheaper than buying a cat back system...

 

I was also wondering about the fujita intake let me know what you think...

AEM has a intake for 1.8L 2006 civic (DX,LX,EX) But goodluck finding anyone who can ship it.... local shop said come back in a week.

side note, I wouldn't put any si parts on a non-si.... parts will come we will just have to wait... Honda gave company's like AEM the si's months before they hit the derlership floors that's why you are finding so many parts for the SI's
