Hi, I am attempting to replace the Muffler on a 1991 Honda Civic Si with the oem muffler. The muffler includes a pipe coming off the front end with flange that bolts to the middle pipe behind the Cat converter. There are two flange bolts with spring tensioners bolting the two flange halfs together. Does anyone know if the nuts for these bolts come off or are they welded to the flange. I can't get the bolts or the nuts to budge.
