93 Civic DX

Hey guys ive had my 93 civic for a little over a year now and have decided to give it an over haul. That includes new intake, new exhaust, and some body work like a new body kit and a new interior. I was just looking for any suggestions that any one might have on whats good and whats not so good since this will be the first Honda I have worked on. It would be nice to not have to break the bank as well but I know it wont be cheap. Thanks in advance for any help.

Body kits are so 1999 when Fast and the Furious was alive. LOL Many members will suggest getting a subtle lip kit instead.

An intake is just a pipe, so no brand name needed there, just buy an eBay intake, and then throw the filter out for something like a K&N filter.

For exhaust, go on youtube and search "civic exhaust" listen and find out what you like the sound of and go from there. Exhaust is one of those pay for what you get kind of things. Cheap out and the sound may be good for 6 months before turning to crap. A nice name brand set-up may cost a little more, but will last longer overall. I LOVE the Apexi WS2 system.
