Has anyone seen the ad for AEMs 5 power parts? Supposedly 54Hp gains from There CAI's, DC race headers, AEM plug & play EMS, AEM pulley system and i think a single canister exhaust if i remember correctly. They Dynod an Rsx type S but does anyone think a Civic DOHC V-tech could get reasonably close to the same HP gains???

it depends on the DOHC engine. On a b16a it wont make that much power but on a b18c5 or k20 it could be close.

 

Itll be a between 2300 and 2600 for everything. The plug & play EMS alone is 1300.

 

yeah, and tuning on that EMS will run you around a minimum of 500 bucks. keep that in mind.

going this route would be something youd do after you do some serious modding (not just bolt ons...heavy bottom end work and head work) because the way cars work out...if you set a goal for yourself 7k will get you 7/10ths of the way there...but you'll spend at least that...prolly well over that... to get the last 3/10ths
