Thinking about getting one for my 08 LX, the AEM site doesnt have anything for 08, but another site had one for 08, anyone know anything about these?

Down there at the bottom there are intakes for the 08.
ProCivic.com is a trusted site, so you're probably good by going through them.

the newer models of Civic are harder than some of the earlier gens, but it's still probably managable by yourself. I think AEM intakes come with installation instructions now that i think about it.

 

They do come with instructions but the pictures are small and some of the zoomed-in shots make it hard to locate the part that is shown. If this is your first time installing a CAI, ask an experienced person to lend you a hand. When I installed mine, I HAD to use a bench vise to unthread the stud from the motor mount. It would've been impossible to do without that tool.
