AEM dry flow fliter

Anybody know anything about these new AEM dry flow filters that you can buy as a replacement? apparently they never need oil. Was thinking of getting one.

My AEM SRI came with one, it is kind of wierd having a dry filter after oiling my K&N's for so long. Seems to be working fine though.

RE: AEM dry flow fliter

I had a pretty ratty K&N that a friend gave me when I got my e-bay SRI, but it was starting to come apart and I wanted a new one. I saw the AEM Dryflow's ad about never needing oiling, and because I have never done it and read stories of people who over oil their filters killing their engine, I decided to go with it. A little smaller than the K&N, but it works great.. and actually I noticed a small increase in gas milage..
