Yeah unless you live in a smog control state which they you sometimes fail you with out a carb certification, I have a aem and I like it you just wash it and no oil needed, my 2 cents.

Right, or if you're buying a short ram intake. Short ram AEM is just as inexpensive as buying an ebay short ram and putting a good filter on it.


P.S. you're washing it with the special AEM solution, right?

me too, k&n and aem filters are both good, doesnt matter which one.
