Apexi World Sport 2
I can get one for about $150 used. It has a little less then 1,000 miles on it. I took a look at it, it looks good except one of the gaskets is like bent in half. It's hard to explain what it looks like. Do you guys think that it's a good deal?

Where can i get that and how much will it cost? How would i put that on, would i need a shop to weld on the new gasket? Im not familiar with exhaust, this will be my first. If gaskets are cheap, then should i replace all of the gaskets?

It's either that or an HKS Hi-Power that i found brand new for about $490. But nobody seems to know what the Hi-Power sounds like on a near stock 99 civic ex. I know what the WS 2 sounds like, but it's used. Sombody help me out with my dilemma.

I don't know.... Does the Hi-Power sound good on a civic? And what do you mean no exhaust is worth $490??? It's brand new. I don't know for sure how many miles are on the WS 2. He said 1,000 but he had no proof. Plus my parents said that they'll help me pay for the Hi-Power because they'd rather see me buy something brand new. Plus on the Hi-Power the piping is 55 mm and the tip is 95 mm. I don't know how big that is in inches but i believe that the piping is the same size as the evo 2. I really need some answers because i don't want to buy something used, but i don't want to buy something ricey. And please don't suggest to buy the evo 2, it seems like everybody has that.

Go with the ws2. If you go with the hi-power you might gain an extra 1-2hp over the ws2, but that 1-2hp is NOT worth the blatty angry bumblebee tone that you would get with the hi-power. I really want to suggest the evo2, but you don't want me to say that. Just keep in mind if everybody does have the evo2 (yes, i have one, but there really aren't too many ppl on this forum with evo2, more people have megan racing or magnaflow here) there is a reason for that. It is one of the best out on the market today.
One thing is for sure though, go with ws2 over hi-power.

i stand by what i say. no exhaust is worth 500 bucks. for that much you could get started on a decent turbo setup. the hi-power sounds like **** IMO. i think the ws2 sounds great. and honestly...its piping and a mufler. who cares how many miles are on it? what matters is if its rusted through or not. if its not rusted through then get it.
