anyone know where to find instructions on how to install a CAI in an '04 civic LX, man trans? is it gonna hurt me much if i don't put it in the bumper? thanks

It wont hurt jack s***. If you have it in the engine bay, it will be clasified as a ram intake... thats what I have.

Well, it will render the "cold air" portion of it useless, but a lot of people use it short ram style because they don't want to take the bumper off.

I use it because I live in a flooding area... so a cold air doesnt do much good.
